And of course Indiana and Iowa can’t send their guard into a free state, regardless if they allow federalization, right? It’s not dc where the fed government has more control than states, right? That would essentially be a declaration of war against another state?
If no one is willing to stop them then they can do whatever they want. If Pritzker only plans a court challenge then there is nothing to be done.
