Will this ruling be implemented or will Texas officials continue to bring evangelical religion into the public schools? From over here it appears law & order barely exists in the US anymore with many judges' orders being ignored.
Particularly when they don't follow their own commandments.
The forgotten {avoided?) corollary of 'Free Speech.'
Well, a lot of people who wear "What Would Jesus Do" bracelets are gonna burn that judge's house down and tell their kids it was God's Holy Fury or something.
Thank goodness! I work in a school district in Texas. Monday at our board meeting, a local church donated all the 10 Commandment posters. Now I don't have to put them up (not that I was going to anyway).
The way to teach children that adultery, stealing, lying, worshipping false gods, taking the Lord's name in vain, etc, are all wrong is to not elect people like Trump who are guilty of the whole list. These Christians don't actually give a π© about the ten commandments. This is about something else.
