Due to the way my writing process works, I'm never able to share deleted scenes, chunks of my WIPs, or other such teasers.
I generally stare into space for months on end, then sit down and write a book from beginning to end in 2-3 months. No outline, we die like men 🤣
I edit daily, both as I go and in re-reading yesterday's work. I edit again once the draft is done. But editing doesn't involve adding or removing hundreds or thousands of words. It's where I de-autism a lot of my sentence and paragraph structure quirks.
This is exactly how I write/edit. My second pass is usually pretty light....
I can't share WIP chunks that aren't edited yet because they're riddled with weird word order, not quite right word choices, or plentiful word duplication and it looks like trash.
Once they're fixed, it's hardly a WIP 😂
