Update: he got fired after less than two months.
Unfortunately I have a feeling he was probably fired for not being sufficiently MAGA, not because he was bad at his job, although I have no doubt he was bad at his job

He's as MAGA as it gets. Trump wanted to endorse him for Senate in 2022 in Missouri (he's my former rep) but ended up endorsing "Eric" (the other two GOP candidates were named Eric)
Instead he's going to fail Billy upwards into an ambassadorship.
