The head of Pre-Trial Detention Center No.2 in Russia's Taganrog personally ordered the systematic torture&psychological pressure against Ukrainian journalist Viktoriia Roshchyna,who died in captivity,according to statements by the Office of the Prosecutor General&the National Police of Ukraine.
