Actually leeches and maggots have incredible healing uses. But not in growing cartilage
When in a bind maybe but I prefer staying in the 21st century and not relying on 11th century remedies.

Did you know that maggots are specifically grown for hard to treat wound care? So are leeches that help with removing extreme swelling and bruising. Itβs not 11th century remedies, itβs recognizing actual healing benefits and using them. Aspirin is βoldβ remedy (willow bark tea) and we still use it
