I'm an atheist. I don't believe in any religion, but I can honestly say that you still have to be respectful at least as long as they don't force it on you.

I'm an atheist as well. Wearing a head covering at a funeral wouldn't be a problem for me. Does it mean that I believe in that religion? Not at all. Does it mean that I am caring for and supporting the grieving in some small way? Yes.

I am agnostic and try to respect other's beliefs. I only wish some of those same groups would respect mine.
