Is anyone surprised? Didn’t he or his son-in-law eye Gaza for valuable beachfront property? Constituents need to listen to what those oligarchs, plutocrats, and elites say. These days they tell us what they’re going to do; without fear of any major, organized backlash.
The plan has an option for land owners to receive a token to exchange for a new home in one of "6-8 AI-powered smart cities". It is beyond fantasy. It's like a plan written by a 6th grader.

I'll never forget the look on Netanyahu's face when Trump first said how the United States could clean up Gaza. He was astounded and he was thrilled. It was basically a green light.
