House the unhoused! It's the moral thing to do. Stop criminalizing homeless for being homeless. Offer a safe & controlled home, w/ wraparound medical, emotional, substance-use services, & we can reduce homelessness significantly, rapidly & w/ dignity. Plus, the overall cost to taxpayers is far less!
