“That guys actions and opinions actively go against many of my values” is not a “purity test” it is literally how we choose who to vote for.

If they genuinely opposed 'purity tests' they'd be willing to consider voting for Trump.

agree. "i want these groups of people to survive and have basic rights" is not a purity test, either. human rights is not a debatable subject. i feel like a purity test is more "you must support my candidate or i will not support you" for people who have no ethics
