Yesterday’s fishing Friday was a great success, good friends, coffee made fresh on the boat (a 1st) and limited out with fish. (12 total). Fish processing mostly done, next up, dry brine and prepare the smokers, slowly filling the freezer (bought specifically for this). #FishingFriday #Victoria

Yes, but I’ll vacuum bag and freeze any extra that doesn’t get eaten in the next few days. Vacuum bagged in the freezer will last a couple years.
