Update: Though my flight touched down and made it to the gate area first, we got sent to the penalty box and the other flight was able to deplane at its gate first 😩
My fursuit case got put on an earlier flight, but it got delayed that it took off the same time my flight did.
Now it's the Amazing Race against my fursuit
