Sorry to hear that, Ross. How do you manage it or is it just a bad day?
It's been a weird few days for sure. I mostly manage to keep it bubbling away in the background, following the "day at a time" mantra. Meditation helps too. But these few days have been especially rough, not entirely sure why.
