What episode of M.A.S.H. is that?
(I know, I know, M.A.S.H. was the Korean War, not Vietnam)
MASH was set in Korea, but it was about Vietnam.
(The movie, especially - I think Robert Altman explicitly says as much in the DVD commentary.)

If they thought they couldn’t set a war critical movie in a war that was still going on they technically couldn’t have done Korea either.
