  1. Many companies use bonuses & stock options as large part of CEO compensation. Bonuses can be deducted by the company & so can stock options once CEO cashed them out.

    How about changing those tax rules so that NONE of the CEO compensation can be deducted by the company?

    Take away their incentives.
