Interesting question.
Thankfully, after years as a fan, I'm no longer familiar with Elon's dreams. The obvious answer is tech bros but it could also be "the people" or a combination of A & B.
What are your thoughts?
As a former fan of his as well, I can say confidently that he has no idea what he's talking about. It's very superficial thinking, no substance. Can it happen? Maybe, but everyone needs to be busy and not everyone is self-motivated. I don't know if it's a practical goal.
