And the last puzzle piece snaps in place. Monarch Tractor's CEO confirmed in a comment on one of my Linkedin posts (instead of just answering my emails) that Foxconn is done building EVs in Ohio.
He says Foxconn helped build Monarch a surplus that can last 12 mos:
