Will it ever rain again?
This city here is like an open sewer, you know, it's full of filth and scum.
Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum off the streets.
The sidewalks are stained, the leaves are covered in dust & the dunes smell like piss.

Clouds have rolled in. No rain in sight though. Where's the super thunderstorms of hot humid days? Their absence is profound.
We haven't had proper rain here since the beginning of June.

They predicted 4 days of light rain last week. It rained for about 15 minutes and then the forecast changed and it cleared up. Was hoping for more.
