Now up to 12lb (Homegrown) Plum Jam, plus Plum Tarts & quite a bit of stewed plums. Trees planted Feb 2020 & this is the first crop to exceed a handful.
I love plum jam. A friend also makes a deicious compote.

I bet it tastes great with star anise, Signe. I picked Victoria plums on a neighbouring allotment and going to make plum jam with a little vanilla and rosemary.
Also follow Jo’s example and put on a podcast bcs 2kg of plums is A LOT OF DESTONING…. (But also soothingly repetitive)
