A DNI is not an actually enforceable boundary. You can say 'I don't want people who like chocolate milk to read my tunglr posts', but that desire on your end doesn't supercede someone else's privacy. There's no obligation for choccy milk enjoyers to disclose that personal info to you, a stranger.
