My go-to statistic on this is that one population which is disproportionately more disabled than Doordash customers is Doordash drivers

It is extremely useful for disabled people. Free markets are awesome and can create surprise tools for the marginalized like this.
Essential is the wrong word and more people should pickup their own to go food instead of using doordash at the margin (including Taylor.)
