Girl, 14, arrested over fire at abandoned Woolton Hall
Police say the fire which burnt through a Liverpool manor house is believed to have been deliberate.
I seriously believe the parents or guardians of this girl have questions to answer on this irresponsible behaviour. Why are so many ill-equipped at carrying out parenting skills?
