Have the Democrats taken ICE and homeland to court yet regarding access to ice detention facilities?
Members of congress have every right to enter these.
Also when Republicans lose power they will whine and complain about oversight. Of course
I think Adam is missing the big picture—it kind of feels like the Constitution is whatever the people in control of the military & six people in black robes say it is, & he’s focused on time consuming court battles. Meanwhile, I’m wondering if 2026 will be an election year or violent regime change.
