President Trump’s federal takeover of the Washington, D.C., police only is sowing division.
Nothing is worse than not knowing who is in charge.
Trump has caused mass confusion for MPD and for the DC National Guard, due to his efforts to federalize law enforcement at municipal levels. This has little to do with making DC “safer.”
