I saw that video a few days ago. It was exactly as he described. There was absolutely no reason for the officer to have physically confronted him at all.
Police in this country are not trained. They should at minimum attend 2 years in community College trained on handling all types of people. The at least 1 year in a police academy. However, must leave school and are accepted into the police force w/o any training. Given a gun, and other weapons.
