Given M’s reasoning she should cut me out of her life. I’ve been in therapy and or on medication since 1987. If I can’t be better after all this then I cannot change. It’s not all will. I do run when I’m hurt. But I want to point out the example she’s providing for her own children…

I'm still hoping it will work out I apologise for saying it will be ok I like to believe that it will hopefully she just needs some more time I know I said that before but sometimes time can heal all wounds hopefully it will work if not hope you'll be ok
