The President of the United States expressing his views on the 1st Amendment
So my question is, who wrote that? Trump doesn’t have the mental capacity to write something that long. Maybe he uses a dictation app… but even that would be challenging for him to understand. I’m just curious about the process, because he posts way more than he could write by himself.

If he were to use a dictation app, we'd know immediately. He can barely string a cogent thought together, and soon enough, he goes off on a tangent telling us how great he is.
