Not for nothin', Amazon, but if your "Read a sample" excerpt doesn't actually get to the end of the table of contents, it's not much of an excerpt.
It's a vanishingly-rare thing that the book-buying public will choose to buy a book based on the smooth stylings of the indicia page.
