  1. Following Project2025 and hiring Elon will go down in history as the worst way to downsize government. They have destroyed it and now, can't even get SOME of it back together!

  2. What these statistics miss is that it’s impossible now to get people interested in a VA job to begin with, nevermind get them hired. No one wants to work for this administration that is at war with its own employees. Previously cushy (and hard to get) roles can’t attract top talent now

  3. Yeah, Republicans have been trying to destroy the VA for... ever? For at least my entire life.

All it took was protecting a pedophile, destroying the whole republic, and incinerating the economy to finally get their wish.

  4. The Felon is decimating the VA Health Care system in order to privatize. Follow the money. Many Veterans voted for the felon and the consequences will be devastating and I cannot stress enough their health care will suffer in the private sector. The VA’s speciality care for Veteran’s is unmatched.

  5. As a physician who worked at a VA for 14 years, I can't imagine choosing to work at one today.

But the Trump admin doesn't care, and if anything, they see this as a win because it supports their long-standing desire to privatize the VA b/c of $.

And our vets will be the worse off for it.

  6. My son was one of them. He was going to work at the VA near loma Linda as a vascular surgeon, but turned it down after all the cuts were announced.

  7. Who would want to work for this administration? No job security, spying on coworkers, fired because of someone else's insecurities, I'd have an ulcer within a week
