The NDP’s move this week was out of touch. Instead of talking tough, the party needs to think about what’s best for Canadians.
Mark Carney is the most popular party leader in Canada.
This is exactly what the NDP needed to do to distance themselves from the Libs. The party has essentially been taken over by orange Liberals, and this is the beginnings of an NDP that gets back to its roots as an actual party of the working class.
Davies has my support all day long for this.

There is nothing wrong with the NDP sharing, Mr. Carney's strategy for building Canada's economy and national security. Take a page from Premier Kinew or Premier Eby.
Knit those social values with a strong economic and security strategy.

The Bloc already said they would vote to accept the throne speech, so there was no risk of bringing down the government.
Actual progressives need to show support for progressive politicians. Carney is taking this government much farther right than Trudeau's, and he needs to be held accountable.
