i've found that i'm a little meh on fountain pens (it's possible i just hadn't found the right one for me) and pretty roller ball or ball point pens. however lamy safari (roller ball) are easily some of my favorites! they just feel really good in my hand.
I just tried a Caran d'Ache roller ball and it was awesome! I was very skeptical, but I very quickly was eating my words.

I fell madly in love with a sparkly green Frixion rollerball and still use it in December; but I like the fuss and the stained fingers and possibilities and the art work and the clever names of fountain pens and inks.
