We are deeply troubled by apparent raids in Southern California, including one involving a Penske truck filled with agents descending on day laborers today. While more investigation is needed, we have serious concerns that the federal government may be in violation of the federal judge's July TRO.

    Serious Question

    Transporting people in that Penske truck is almost certainly a violation of CA law So why don't you all call up your AG and DA and state legislators and get the ICE or Border Patrol agent(s) in charge arrested and throw their gestapo asses in jail ?????

    Of course it would happen again. What nobody seems to realize or understand is that this regime does not pay any attention to court's rules or orders. The judges are doing their job, but apparently there is no second step that can be taken to make them comply

    Upheld in that TRO: it is explicitly unlawful to stop or detain people based solely on generalizations about how they look, how they speak, or where they are, including where they work. It applies to Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
