You have an idea, they sell you “the means” to create the idea, it comes out broken, you have to fix it, they take your fixed product because you used “the means” they sold you, they sell your product…profit???
The most damning thing about LLMs is that if they're so confident that we'll love using it, why are they PUSHING it so hard? It's like trying to sell us on the next, greatest overpriced Luxury Car that has a 25% safety margin.

i've said for quite some time that the primary people pushing genAI are those with a financial interest in its success. that alone should damn it to failure
