  1. Perhaps the hundreds of dollars in postage they spent sending mail to my daughter 2-3 times a week, despite her never indicating any interest, suggests a carelessness with money.

The transformation from institutes of higher learning to "real estate holding companies" - expansion of property & building has transformed them into bottom-line companies hi-debt whose trustees & upper admin are skilled to focused on this. They never saw it coming.
