My sons an asst DA. Phone records are everyday biz. This selective change in legal investigation is abominable. No one tapped phones, recorded calls, it was copies on in and outgoing data. Basically what is on your monthly bill.

Some of these self-righteous GOP MOCs need to review the Abscam tapes. Because that was a lot more “invasive“ & “disrespectful” than Smith’s investigation. And conspiring with insurrectionists more damning than cash side-deals with purported oil-sheikhs.
