As a parent of two kids (now adults) who needed IEPs, this makes me livid.

I've worked through the IEP paperwork and it needs personalization because kids aren't cookie cutter replicas.

These kids often already get left behind and pushed aside. They deserve a human being making decisions.

  1. As a parent of a disabled son, I find this tragic. The whole point of an IEP is to thoughtfully map the student’s needs to services the district can provide.

    As a parent of SPED teacher daughter, I get why some districts are falling down this rabbit hole. Long hours, low pay, chronic understaffing…
