Sen. Josh Hawley introduces bill to send tariff rebate checks to Americans

Mr. Reich, please comment about the government not counting “price adjustments” in the inflation data. Are increases in prices due to tariffs going to be shown anywhere?

What will these rebate checks do to the national debt, since the debt is such a concern?
