  1. Let them flee. If they operate any business in NYC tax them till they feel it like most of us working people have the past few decades

  2. If you #VOTE for him to be mayor, it doesn't matter how much the billionaires bribe officials. The votes are solid and everybody to vote no matter what! Not voting only kills your ability to live in a Constitutional enforcement of government. Enforce the US Constitution by #VOTING #IMPEACHMAGASCOTUS

  4. If things were affordable, people may begin to accumulate wealth. If we begin to accumulate too much wealth, the rich people don't feel as rich anymore.

    They can't tolerate that.

  5. I honestly don’t get the concept of an all white Christian America.Take away all the “others” and how many will be left? It’s all very bizarre when you think about it. There are way more of “us”, the people who truly love living in a democracy with a diverse population.

  6. I'll never understand why multitudes of people basically worship billionaires. Like, we watch "Hoarders" on tv and are horrified. Why are these mfers any different from a crazy cat lady or a weirdo collecting every Readers Digest ever printed?!

  7. "pay their fair share" is predicated on "it's okay that billionaires exist, they just need to pay a larger share of their stolen wealth back in taxes". but they shouldn't exist in the first place. a system that concentrates wealth always allows the wealthy to manipulate the system to their own ends.

  8. Yes , The weakness of a man is always greed …desire to have more . These CEOs are going to still pursue the path of not paying fair share.. a strong leader sees this and fights courageously.

Let’s go ‘Mamdani 👍Don’t be shaken buddy !!!

  9. In Arizona, there are several newer bungalows for lease. I guess we should be ok never owning a home as long as some wealthy person can pay fewer taxes.

  10. Dude, I don’t live in NY (at least officially), but I would absolutely vote for you.

We need to come up with a better saying than “their fair share,” though.

People see right through it, and know you’re trying to manipulate them.

Maybe “a remotely rational share,” maybe?

  11. We know. Their anguish and flustered panics grant us all great joy.

It's been a long time since the wealthy felt anything close to a negative emotion of any kind.

    We're all enjoying this.

  12. 100% just make sure there are clear real world visible impacts, principles-based esoterica just feeds the narrative that government doesn't do good things with the money. It's done more obviously here in France/Paris than in US cities and it defuses a lot of bitchery. And loudly take credit!

  13. That CNN interview made me so angry. Which is shocking because it’s obvious why the people at CNN would be trying to discredit you. I guess it really shows that the enemy (CNN) of my enemy (FOX) isn’t always my friend.

  14. Re-reading “The Brothers Karamazov”, and this jumped out:

“In truth we are each responsible to all for all, it’s only that men that don’t know this. If they knew it, the world would be paradise at once.” - F. Dostoevsky (trans. Constance Garnett)

I think the billionaire class knows this. It’s
