Those rich, grossly overpaid CEOs probably pay a lower federal income tax rate than their companies' workers, too, thanks to Republicans' repeated tax cuts for the rich. That's also a big part of rigging the system.

Over time, it shifts the US tax burden onto the middle class Republicans despise.
