I'm very interested in air to air heat pumps, and if the govt includes them in the subsidy I may well look to take the plunge.
One thing: my wife worries they may dry the air in the house out too much when warming air in winter. Any views/experiences on this?
I don't have much personal experience, but it is something that splits opinion I believe. Think hotel rooms might be a decent guide - they mostly have an A2A unit.
It can be very useful if you've got problems with damp / condensation anywhere of course!
