I'm certain the fact that most nurses are women plays a huge part in this nonsense.

They are required to report child abuse. Like many of the "de-professonalized" careers, a majority of the people who do it are women. This is just another plot to destroy the autonomy of women and give child rapists more access. Oh, and without healthcare, nurses won't be needed (in his pea brain)

The nurses are the equal of (in most cases exceed) the doctors in professionalism, standards of care and technical knowledge. Why do this in the first place?

They will be a patient one day. When you piss off the very people who could save your sorry ass, they might decide to end it instead. Talk about retribution! This would be the ultimate price to pay for helping turn our democracy on its head!
