Seems more a symptom of DT slipping evermore deeply into a delusion that he is an omnipotent ruler, surrounded in gold and able to command millions of dollars from his subjects for whatever whim: The ballroom, the plane, the Senate not talking a break. His brain will not hold out to enjoy them.

Nope. However just like that bullshit badly executed parade that nobody cared about which was a joke to our adversaries, the MacArthur Park "invasion" was more like a very badly choreographed movie scene for a low budget action movie that would take a film editor hours to make vaguely convincing.

Waiting for a Federal court to rule that given the offense the ICE detention facilities and the new directive denying bail to the kidnap victims constitute cruel and unusual punishment under the 8th Amendment (which rights absolutely apply to undocumented immigrants in the US.).
