I’m sorry, but “territorial concessions” by any democratic nation protecting their sovereignty and their citizens to any invading army seems kinda nuts, as well as contrary to what our US has always believed.
Why is this on the table at all?

The original Krasnov was a White Russian commander during the Civil War. After he was captured, Trotsky released him on condition he would give up the fight. He reneged, but other White Russians didn't trust him. In exile in Germany he was active in recruiting Soviet POWs to help the Nazis.
