Can someone explain to me HOW trump can buy 10% of Intel when Congress has not appropriated the money? WHY IS NO ONE CONCERNED ABOUT THIS? Where is the push back from every Democrat & the American public when health care is being cut and assistance/jobs for Vets is being cancelled or eliminated?

I say "piss off Trump!" The US has been buying 4.5 million bbls of oil a day from Cda at a discount of up to $20 per bill from WTI.+ power from Cdn keep the lights on in over 1.5 million homes in 4 states. So you got it wrong! It's the US that should be saying "thank-you".
