it’s basically just a cabbage gratin, with steamed cabbage and garlic, a mushroom bechamel, a handful of grated cheese mixed in, then top with butter toasted panko breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs and cheese. i used colby cheese because it’s nice and mild with the sweet tender cabbage
