Every Democratic state that can do this, should do this.
Then, when we control the levels of power in DC, we ban gerrymandering for the entire country. Once and for all. Everyone playing by the same rules.
Right. No tit for tat. Take it ALL then once we can, fix it in ALL states. Enough unilateral disarmament. Enough going high. If they go low, we go lower until it's fixed and then we go high but only if they behave like human beings.
