Just a reminder: the BMI is bullshit so the "obesity epidemic" rhetoric is largely a marketing strategy from Big Diet. The BMI was designed for 1. populations, not individuals 2. based on an adult, 6ft, male. Measuring kids & women's bodies by that metric, who need different amounts of fat? No.
