Trump's tariffs are a funding mechanism for the US Treasury "crypto reserve" which is designed as an 'offramp' for Trump and Putin oligarchs to sell their horde...making the US Treasury their "bag-holder" (Treasury can't sell for 20-years...how convenient).
Canada has the real wealth (real-resources, like educated people and all the minerals) and we create our own currency that can release those resources. Carney should spend as much as is required for the economy to work at full capacity. No US$ needed.
