For no particular reason….posting former U.S. Attorney General John Mitchell’s mugshot before he went to Federal prison for committing numerous crimes on behalf and or/at the direction of President Nixon including obstruction of justice and conspiracy.

  1. I worked for a law firm in DC from 1982-83, and he apparently worked in the building on L Street. He would get in the elevator, smoking that damn pipe, and never said a word.

  2. He even had at least a little bit of integrity didn’t he? Something long gone in politicians or political operatives now..

  3. That bastard had thugs kidnap and beat his wife. He took away their daughter, whom Martha never saw again. What a cold-blooded prick.

  4. Worth it as a hat tip to Martha, although as MTG appears to be playing Martha in this iteration of the Republican corruption cycle I don’t think we’re going to get the awesome hair helmets this time.

  5. Oh Pam, you might want to reconsider the criminal things you’re doing.

    Change is coming.

  6. At least back then they respected the Constitution and the Rule of Law...actually did prosecute the criminals in government...👍

Love learning about the many weirdo spooks that come out of the woodwork when it comes to stoking division, overthrowing the will of the people and their democracies, disallow natives throughout the Americas do as they wish with their own land by calling that communist for not selling out to USA

  9. Pam Bondi should take note that her hair, makeup and wardrobe always be suitable for her best possible mugshot.

  10. If we assume that Trump actually leaves office quietly and of his own accord, there will be pardons for everyone on the way. Literally all of them. That's the carrot being dangled in front of them to continue since he has had them all commit crimes for him. He's their only safety.

  12. Nice to see we have a precedent for locking up Attorneys General. Let the fun begin. We might have to build a designated prison just for these clot of Trump enablers. Can you imagine what a left-wing version of ICE could do ?

  14. I remember those dark days of the Nixon era, they were an ugly stain on our democracy. I fear the stain left by the Trump administration will be much darker when it is finally over. My biggest regret from the Nixon era is that Nixon was pardoned as part of his resignation.

  15. For no particular reasons and for ALL particular reasons! There's a reason #Republicans never supported education and the learning of history and "wokeness," i.e., the truth in particular: they don't want an educated electorate! Educated people, unless they're greedy MOFOs, don't vote Republican.

  16. Seems appropriate to me because Bondi is headed in that same direction! Frankly I think Barr went there too!

  17. Nixon killed Martha. That’s how this all started. She knew. All of it. Even what’s happening now. Even though Yrump was just beginning to crawl out of his gold tower. My one crackpot conspiracy thread.

  18. It's as if they KNOW they will never again be out of power. They are ruling with impunity. They will ignore court orders, lock up the judges, pardon the criminals, all while finding a way to cancel elections (like declaring war on a Caribbean nation and putting our troops in danger).

  23. The thought of the current Trump administration finally being held to account. Many years will pass before they're bought before the courts, then lengthy appeals. Then if Republicans get back in, pardons will be dished out like confetti. SCROTUM will be impeached and tried for treason.

  24. I can't wait to see Bondi's and Blanche's mugshots. I reckon I might just pay the money to get them printed... on some rolls of toilet paper, for appropriate use.

  25. Trump’s America is 11 months of terror plus increased food, housing and health insurance insecurity. The policy is suffering. Resistance is necessary.

  29. That was then...now the government is the personal fiefdom of a CONVICTED FELON, usually backed by the "supreme" Frankencourt, and the SPINELESS RED STATES POLITICIANS who do whatever they can to protect him...

  30. Bondi deserves the same fate.

But the GOP deal struck with Nixon to allow him to fly home a free man, his subsequent pardon & their DOJ that issued the memo that a sitting President cannot be indicted is why we're here now.

  31. His current successor, Pam Bondi is well on her way to the same fate. At the very least, she will ultimately be disbarred.
