This is literally what prompted this. I just beat the original GTA3 and loved it, partially because of all the repetitive driving and navigating.

See I love when games do this because the feeling of completing a large section in a row with no mistakes is way more gratifying to me than just a bunch of small sections.

One of the hardest things for me to accept (for me) is that most people (80%) just don’t like the feeling of dying and having to retry things in video games. They just HATE doing shit over and over.

No it was way more just saying "This is a place that you don't come. Check it out. It has these things in it, and it's in this location. Pretty cool." over and over again. The surprising thing wasn't the quality-- it was the performance (1M views!), and the positivity of reception!
